Professional Staff Management (PSM) offers web-enabled, do-it-yourself, employee service that interfaces seamlessly with our comprehensive Human Resources and Payroll System. With Employee Self Service, you can develop new and more effective ways to communicate throughout your enterprise, and increase the knowledge and empowerment of your workforce. Most HR and Supervisory time is spent by time-consuming efforts of answering employees questions and making changes to employee records. We have found that most employees charged with managing HR functions spend as much as twice the necessary time tackling these tasks, simply because there is no better way.

Our self service system allows our clients to decide what data their employees can see, what is 'read-only' and what data they can update on their own- giving you control and flexibility at the same time. Some areas can allow for update notifications when employees change certain information, such as their address and phone number.

Features available through the system include Personal Data, Accrual Control records in payroll, attendance records, benefit status information, Conducting Benefit Open enrollment through the system, Time entry and payroll information. The system allows for links- for example, a link to an external site for 401k information.
