Starting your own business? Already own a business? Are you an entrepreneur? Do you need assistance developing your business? The Business Ownership Initiative (BOI) can help.

The BOI is a non-profit program under the Indy Chamber offering support to people in the community who are starting or growing a business. Professional Staff Management's Scott Tant is honored to have been elected Chair of the BOI Board of Directors so that he can continue to serve our community. Tant is dedicated to his role with the BOI because he understands the complexities of owning a small business and the challenges that small business owners often face.

The BOI holds workshops for business owners on topics such as business planning, recordkeeping, financial management, marketing and sales. They offer one-on-one business coaching and even have a microloan program. Tant combines his 25 years experience in sales and business management with his extensive knowledge in HR services to help lead this program to continued success.
